WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
To secure your spot on our calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and final file delivery.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES?
Our standard pricing covers the final, polished product (the "Deliverables"). RAW files may be available for an additional licensing fee if your team needs them for archival purposes.
HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?
We believe in getting it right. All standard projects include two rounds of revisions to ensure the final output matches your vision perfectly.
CAN YOU HANDLE "RUSH" REQUESTS?
Yes. We know business moves fast. If you need a turnaround faster than our standard timeline, we can accommodate a rush schedule for an additional expedited fee.
